I use several therapy methods to meet an individual needs, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, client-centered techniques, and solution-focused therapy. My main goal is to support and empower each person to help them succeed in their individual goals. I can help you overcome your anxiety, trauma, depression, or just act as a listening ear to support you through your difficult time.
